As part of my client business, I have to spend, alas, hundreds of dollars on premium grade software that keeps me on the cutting edge.

Because data is power and I don't like to make a call without doing my homework first.

Now the way I use software for Print on Demand is I set up filters and use them to reverse engineer amazon from a seller perspective, letting me find the most popular, best-selling products print on demand products.

Because when you can spot these opportunities, you can increase your chances of success.

If I want to sell POD full print socks for example, I will use software to lock down the most popular socks on Amazon (because it's the most popular marketplace) then I will specifically check for socks doing big numbers, but with small competition - meaning it's easier to compete.
